The above information is required to enable AIMVA to include your experience in the indexes made available to potential clients. Your nomination of Areas of Practice, Commodity or Geographical locality experience does not in any way set limits or imply limits on your ability to practice within your areas of competence.

I certify that the information and the documents I provide in this application are a true and fair record of my qualifications and experience. By agreeing I also declare that:

1. I shall abide by the Rules of the Institute, the Code of Ethics, and any other Code in force in the AIMVA.
2. I have not been found to be in breach of the Code of Ethics of AIMVA or any other professional society.
3. I have engaged in Continuing Professional Development by diligent involvement in areas contributing to my continuing and broader professional development.
4. I acknowledge that I may be required to certify annually that I continue to comply with the criteria for Continuing Professional Education and Development (CPD) which requires an average of 50 hours each year, calculated over a rolling period of three years, and that I may be required to certify this compliance with the submission of my CPD Log Book.
5. I agree that my compliance with the CPD requirements as detailed in my Log Book may be audited by the Board of AIMVA or their nominees.
6. I consent to the publication of my title and full name, my Institute membership grade, all of my Register details and Profile, my full contact details, and any other detail about the qualifications and professional experience that the Board of AIMVA may consider it is reasonable to include in the AIMVA Register.
